This detour is only 20 kilometres (12 miles) long and offers a myriad of loops, views and trees. In order to fully appreciate this route you would need to set aside at least 2 hours for the trip. Rich in game; Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant can be seen on this route.The area attracts a lot of the browsers because it is the main source of water in the north between the Shingwedzi and Luvuvhu rivers during the winter months.
