Once you arrive at Hamiltons Tented Camp, you will be awed by the beauty of this exclusive camp. There are 6 luxury tents and 6 double rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities, outdoor showers, private verandas, timber walkways and lounges.

Your African safari experience will start with arrival drinks and your luggage escorted to your luxury tent or double room. Straight after some refreshing lunch or high tea you can embark on your first game drive.

On this African safari you should keep an eye out for the Big Five, and a variety of antelope, such as Duiker, Waterbuck, Impala, Sable and Klipspringer. Other, regularly encountered species, include Hippopotamus, Wild Dog, Hyena, and Crocodile.

Your knowledgeable African safari guide will teach you more about the wonders of the bush, from the big to the small, without missing a thing! The birdlife in the Kruger Park is spectacular. There are over 500 species of birdlife for visitors to explore. There are numerous photographic opportunities and your guide will do his best to find any species you would like to capture on film.

In the mornings, the bush is still hazy, but starts glowing with the rising of the sun. As the day proceeds, the weather changes from fresh to very hot and then cools off with the setting of the sun in the evening. Sunrise and sunset are some of the best times to see wildlife.
