3 day Luxury Game Safari in Kruger National Park

Day 1: Arrive Tinga Private Game Lodge

Your personal guide will collect you at Skukuza airstrip as you get off the chartered flight from Johannesburg, and after a short drive in your luxury open safari vehicle you will arrive in one of the two private game lodges namely Narina Lodge and Legends Lodge, both situated on the banks of both the Sabie River and the Sand River with 35km (21.8 miles) of prime river frontage for your Kruger National Park luxury safari.

Some 20 years ago a ferocious battle was fought under the Jakkelberry trees along the banks of the Sabi River within the Kruger National Park. This was a battle for both territory and survival and was fought between 2 huge male Lions. The survivor of that battle was Tinga.

Enjoy two nights in the luxury game lodges that are situated on the banks of the perennial Sabi River on 5000 hectares of private land within the Kruger National Park. Each suite has an en-suite bathroom and shower, private eternity swimming pools, a fireplace, mini bar and fridge, air-condition and a mini safe to make your stay at the game lodges as comfortable as possible.

Sink back into the folds of a comfortable chair at the river deck overlooking the Sabi River. Relax and read a book from the library, visit the lounge and the bar or taste some of the delicious wines from the game lodge's wine cellar.

There are also guided bush / game walks, Big Five tracking, wine tasting, spa treatments, private bush breakfasts and dinners, as well as a curio shop and a library. In the evening you can arrange for a private dinner on your deck, and end your day by watching a breathtaking sunset while sipping on your sundowner.

Day 2: Tinga Private Game Lodge

In the early morning you wake up to coffee and rusks before you set out on a fascinating game drive in luxury open Land Rovers on your Kruger National Park luxury safari. Awaken all your senses whilst exploring an unforgettable morning in the wilderness.

After working up a healthy appetite, you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast back at the game lodge. If you are still seeking adventure you can head out with your experienced guide and tracker for a unforgettable game walk in the bush. Otherwise indulge in one of the treatments the spa will offer you before lunchtime.

The rest of the afternoon is yours to relax on your Kruger National Park luxury safari. Enjoy your private pool, tee off at the nearby golf course, have a nap or simply let the sounds of Africa lull you into quiet reflection.

The game lodge also offer guided bush / game walks, Big Five tracking, eco experiences and bird watching activities, all conducted by experienced rangers and trackers. After tea time you can take pleasure in the afternoon-night game drive, tracking Africa's Big Five before returning to a roaring fire and dinner at the game lodge.

Day 3: Departure day

Experience the smell and sound of the early morning bush for a last time before you will be transferred to the airstrip for your onward arrangements on this Kruger National Park luxury safari.
