The days are spent searching the vast wilderness of this iconic destination for the big game that Kruger Park is famed for, and the experienced guide is on hand to share some of the more intimate details of the wilderness.
Day 1: Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport to Kruger Park
On the first morning of your Classic 4 Day Tented Safari Package, you will catch a flight from Johannesburg O.R. Tambo International Airport to the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport in Nelspruit. After landing, you will meet your guide for the trip before driving into the Kruger.
Your guide will share his intimate knowledge of the park’s amazing diversity of wildlife and plants. Keep a pair of binoculars handy for spotting birds. See lots of wildlife, including Giraffe and White Rhino.
In the late afternoon, you will arrive at your Rest Camp in Kruger National Park. Settle in, relax and sip on refreshing sundowners before savoring a delicious meal at the camp restaurant. Fall asleep in your tent to the evocative sounds of the African night.

Day 2 & 3: Kruger National Park
The early morning knock on your door signals the start of 2 full days on safari in Kruger Park. After a warm cup of coffee and snack, you begin your early morning drive which is the perfect time for seeing predators. Brunch will be served picnic-style.
Enjoy the last hour of your morning game drive and then return to camp in the afternoon for some time at leisure during the hottest part of the day. Relax with a good book or enjoy a nap.
In the late afternoon you embark on a game drive which allows for the opportunity to see the amazing wildlife of Kruger Park. Upon your return discuss the day’s sightings and listen to lions roaring in the distance while enjoying sundowners before dinner.

Day 4: Depart Kruger National Park to Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport
On your final morning there will be time to take a few last photos, and seek out the wildlife you have yet to see on a game drive. Then after brunch, your guide will drive you back to the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport, where you will catch a return flight to Johannesburg.
