This family safari package is designed to offer the best of the Kruger Park from a place of comfort offering inter-leading family suites, excellent food and a really special bush atmosphere. This family safari lodge is the perfect playground for parents and children with excellent facilities for all. Guests can hear traditional African tales and enjoy camp fire dinners under the stars for an unforgettable family getaway.
Day 1: Johannesburg to Kruger National Park
Depart Johannesburg with a 45 min short flight to Nelspruit, Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. You will be met at the airport and transferred to the Kruger National Park.
If you leave Johannesburg early enough, you can arrive in time for lunch at your family holiday safari lodge. Then it is off to exploring the lodge and settling into your inter-leading family suite where you will be spending the next 2 nights
Excitement will be quite high with your first afternoon game drive of approximately 3-4 hours and you are sure to have some of the best wildlife sightings that Kruger National Park has to offer. Upon return to your lodge, dinner will be served in the open air boma or enclosure which is an experience your family will always remember.

Day 2: Lodge in Kruger National Park
Following your early wake-up call, you will head out on a morning open safari vehicle game drive to view the wildife of Kruger. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for a welcome bush brunch. During your afternoon at leisure enjoy family fun and relaxation.
The children can play in the swimming pool while you read a good book on the pool deck keeping an eye on them, or alternatively, babysitting services are available if you would like to treat yourself to a massage at the spa.
High tea will be followed by an afternoon game drive which will also be your chance to do a night drive in Kruger National Park. Afterwards you can share your wildlife encounters around the boma fire with other guests or just sit back and listen to your guide’s vivid storytelling.

Day 3: Depart Kruger National Park for Johannesburg
Another early day, followed by a 3-4 hour morning open safari vehicle game drive and brunch served back at your family holiday safari lodge. This concludes your 3 Day Family Matters Safari Package tour in the Kruger Park.
You will be picked up after brunch for your private road transfer back to the airport and check-in for your onward flight to Johannesburg.
