Our 5 day Ultimate Kruger Safari Package allows you to enjoy a relaxing safari in one of the greatest wildlife reserves in Africa. Travel in a specially adapted open safari vehicle, and be led by an experienced guide who will introduce you to the abundant wildlife and beautiful landscape of southern Kruger. Stay in luxury accommodation; enjoy excellent game viewing and lingering dinners around an open fire.
Your experience will be personalized to create the ultimate safari experience. Stay in a comfortable luxury suite in a private safari lodge. At night gather around the open fire and delight in delicious African inspired meals.
Discover the allure of the Big Cats in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve - Lion, Leopard and Cheetah. A highlight to end off your trip is participating in an intimate Elephant encounter with a small group of habituated African Elephants.
Day 1: Johannesburg – Nelspruit – Kruger National Park
On the first morning of your Ultimate Kruger Safari you will catch a flight from Johannesburg O. R. Tambo International Airport to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport in Nelspruit. There you will be met by your guide for the trip. Enjoy a leisurely drive into the Kruger National Park. You will stop for lunch en route (on your own account).
Keep a look out for wildlife en-route to a private luxury lodge where you will spend the night. After a refreshing welcome drink and some relaxation time head out on a game drive in a private concession of Kruger. Led by the local guides, spot prides of Lion, or perhaps even the endangered White Rhino. Return to a delicious meal served around the roaring fire in the boma. Fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the bush at night.

Day 2: Kruger National Park
In the morning, choose to sleep in, relax at the lodge or head out on an early morning game drive. Watch as the bush comes to life with the beginning of a new day, smell the fresh clean air of the morning. Return to a hearty hot breakfast at the lodge. Set out once again and discover the diverse wildlife of the Park, including herds of Impala, Kudu and Zebra. Once again, savour a tasty picnic at one of the scenic rest stops.
Your guide will help you spot and identify the many species of birds in the park such as the majestic Tawny or Martial Eagles. Don’t forget the smaller animals such as Warthog, Banded Mongoose and Steenbok. In the afternoon, you will arrive at another luxury safari lodge in time to relax and enjoy a decadent high tea.
After settling in, head out on an exciting afternoon game drive in search of the Big Five. Stop for sundowners before searching for nocturnal animals such as Porcupine, Civet and Leopard on a night game drive.

Day 3: Kruger National Park to Sabi Sand Private Game Reserve
In the morning you can choose to have a lie in, or head out on the morning game drive to see what activity there has been during the night, perhaps encounter Lions resting after feasting during the night. Savour a hot breakfast before entering the Sabi Sand Game Reserve and enjoying a game drive en route to the safari lodge where you will spend the night.
After a sumptuous buffet lunch, have a siesta before the afternoon game drive. The region is famous for its big cat sightings and perhaps you will see Cheetah or Leopard. In the evening tuck into a gourmet meal under a canopy of stars in the boma area. Fall asleep in your luxurious suite to the sounds of the African bush.

Day 4: Sabi Sands to White River / Hazyview
Enjoy a morning game drive before breakfast, after which you will leave the Sabi Sand Game Reserve and travel through the Kruger Park once more seeing wonderful wildlife along the way. Tuck into a tasty picnic lunch before heading to Hazyview to have an intimate encounter with a group of habituated African Elephants.
Feel how soft their wrinkled skin is, see how gently they move and let their handlers tell you about their personalities and behaviour. This is truly a memorable encounter with Africa’s largest animal. Spend the night at a comfortable lodge. Dinner will surely be a highlight of the trip - savour mouth-watering continental and Mediterranean style dishes in the lodge restaurant and linger over a bottle of wine.

Day 5: White River – Nelspruit – Johannesburg
On the final day of your Ultimate Kruger safari have a sleep in, before enjoying a leisurely breakfast. Then travel back to Nelspruit, passing fragrant citrus plantations, to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport where you will catch a flight back to Johannesburg O. R. Tambo International Airport.
