Camp Shonga, which is situated in the Kruger Park Reserve, is best accessed by road through the Crocodile Bridge Gate.

Camp Shonga is situated in a 15 000ha private concession in the south-eastern section of the Kruger National Park. The borders of the Kruger Park reserve concession area are the perennial Crocodile River to the south and Mozambique in the east.
Transportation to Camp Shonga:
Camp Shonga, which is situated in the Kruger Park Reserve, is best accessed by road through the Crocodile Bridge Gate (approximately 14km). Air access is to one of the following airports in the area: Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) – 110km; Maputo Airport (Mozambique) - 125km; Malelane Airport - 70km.

Buffalo
|
The Buffalo grazes up to 10 hours a day in order to retain its strong physical condition. Buffaloes will feed in the early morning, late evening and during the night to avoid overheating.
