Hamilton's Tented Camp accommodates guests in 6 magnificently appointed romantic tents overlooking the Nwatswitsonto River. The main tent has elegant lines, and has an open sided lounge and dining area. It is comfortably furnished and is accentuated with antiques and 19th century objects d’art. The lounge area opens onto a wide, spacious deck, which is shaded by huge Jackalberry trees.

Each of the luxury safari tents in Kruger Park is furnished with a sumptuous canopy bed. They are all en-suite and have a romantic slipper bath and an outdoor shower overlooking the river. Relax out on the private deck and see what animals come down to drink at the river.

Set out on twice daily game drives in search of the Big Five. These are conducted in open safari vehicles and are led by experienced rangers. The area is home to diverse wildlife and Leopard, Lion and Rhino are frequently spotted. Hamilton’s Tented Camp also offers bush picnics and champagne breakfasts out in the beautiful bush.

Child Policy

Hamilton’s Tented Camp does not accommodate for children under 8 years of age. On game drives children aged between 8–12 years will be allocated a separate vehicle with their parents. They will be catered for separately at dinner. Children will be charged the full adult rate and will be accommodated in their own rooms.

The camp is unfenced and wildlife moves freely throughout the camp, it is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that their children are accompanied at all times. Children under the ages of 8 may only visit if one of the camps is booked for the exclusive use of a party.
