Conference Facilities at Luxury Lodges

Hoyo Hoyo Tsonga Lodge: This unusual venue can host six or twelve people in traditional Tsonga style. The atmosphere is one of a real Tsonga village. While seminar or conference equipment is very basic, this executive retreat will be a memorable event.

Imbali Safari Lodge is set in the Kruger National Park near Hoedspruit in Limpopo. This lodge comprises of 12 immaculate accommodation and lodging of unrestrained luxury. While seminar or conference equipment is very basic, this executive retreat will be a memorable event.

Conference Facilities at the Main Rest Camps

Berg en Dal is situated 60Km (37.2 miles) from the Kruger Park’s main camp, Skukuza, in the picturesque south-westernly comer of the Park and is easily accessible by road. Regular flights are scheduled from Johannesburg to Skukuza, where AVIS car rental facilities are available. Once within the reserve, a network of well-maintained roads links Berg-en-dal with the rest of the Park, facilitating trips to and from the camp.

Within these peaceful surroundings, conference members are offered the opportunity of exchanging ideas and knowledge in an exciting bush atmosphere. The modern facilities consist of one large conference hall, divided into 3 smaller units that can be used individually or as a whole. The air-conditioned hall can seat 120 people at tables or 250 people without tables.

Bateleur Camp conference room can accommodate 34 delegates for workshops or team building exercises. The camp is situated on the bank of the Mashokwe Spruit about 40km south west of the Shingwedzi Rest camp.

The conference hall has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and a boma braai area outside, while the camp prefers that guests cater for themselves for functions, your Siyabona Consultant will be able to assist you with your catering arrangements.

Olifants Camp, offers an air-conditioned venue seating 20 delegates, and is equipped with standard conference equipment to meet the requirements of delegates.

Letaba camp is situated on the southern bank of the Letaba river only 50km from Phalaborwa gate. The area is well know for its large apple-leaf, umbrella thorn and mopani trees.

Shingwedzi lies in the Northern part of the park in the heart of Mopani country and can be accessed by road or by air. Shingwedzi Restcamp offers a speaker's podium and modern conferencing equiptment.

Skukuza is the largest rest camp in the park. The rest camp is situated in the southern part of the park on the bank of the Sabie river and offers two dynamic conference venues for delegates.
