Kruger Park News Archive

"At the end of June 2005 we said good-bye to a big man with a big heart in the Kruger National Park," says Johan Vermeulen of NIPS. Johan Brits, started working in the park as an electrical contractor in 1986. In 1988 he was appointed as a foreman in the northern part of the Park.

In the year 2000, he became foreman at Skukuza. After 17 years several electrical suppliers (Nips electrical wholesalers, Schneider Electric, Crabtree, AC/DC Dynamic's, Circuit Breaker Industries, and ABB ) had the privilege of bidding Johan farewell. "We wish him everything of the best and hope that he enjoys this well-deserved break." Johan has moved to Benoni in Gauteng.
