Day 1: Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport to Kruger Park
Departure from Johannesburg will be between 07H00 and 07H30 this morning. Upon arrival at Kruger National Park you can look forward to an exciting afternoon game drive during which your professional guide will be able to assist you with information on a variety of African wildlife found in the Kruger Park.
After the game drive, you will continue to the restcamp where you will be spending the night in a standard bungalow. The afternoon can be spent relaxing with a swim or exploring your surroundings.
On this Kruger and Sabi Sands Package, you can enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by your guide under the African sky and served by candlelight. Your guide will be able to identify the nocturnal sounds you hear while you enjoy a glass of wine.
Day 2: Kruger Park to Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve
Today you will enjoy an early cup of fresh coffee and snacks before departing on a morning game drive, tracking African wildlife with the help of your guide. Some of the animals you might spot, include the well known Big Five (Buffalo, Leopard, Elephant, Lion and Rhino).
A stop will be made for breakfast at one of the picnic spots inside Kruger National Park. After breakfast, continue with your game drive until you exit Kruger Park gates for the next part of your safari adventure in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch after which you can freshen up and relax.
Depart on an afternoon game drive that continues into the evening. This is an ideal opportunity to spot the nocturnal wildlife in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve which is well-known for the best game viewing experience on a South African safari. Return to the lodge for a delicious dinner served next to an inviting fire where you can share your game viewing memories with fellow guests.
Day 3: Depart Sabi Sands for Johannesburg O.R. Tambo Airport
Enjoy an early cup of warm fresh coffee before departing on a game drive. Make sure you have your camera ready for some last photographs! After your exciting safari game drive, you will return to camp for breakfast and check-out. This marks the end of your 3 day safari in the Kruger National Park and Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.
Travel via the Panorama Route back to Johannesburg, including sightseeing stops at Blyde River Canyon, Lisbon Waterfalls and the 3 Rondavels with lunch at Pilgrims Rest. Arrival in Johannesburg is scheduled for approximately 18h00.
