The duration of this Kruger Park Accommodated Safari is flexible. Options include 3, 4 and 5 day itineraries. Please note that the 3 day safari does not include the Balule Experience.

Transfer options to the Kruger National Park include:

Day 1: Tremisana Lodge, Balule Game Reserve, Kruger

You are transferred from Gauteng via the Highveld farmlands and the Lowveld to Tremisana Lodge. Upon arrival, you can rest and unwind in your room or have a refreshing swim in the pool under the warm African sun. Thereafter you embark on a sunset safari game drive on a 4x4 open safari vehicle with an qualified guide.

You get your first glimpse of Africa’s breathtaking beauty and learn about the diverse flora and fauna in this area of Kruger. Watch the African sunset, and, when darkness falls, you use spotlights to track Africa's most nocturnal animals. Your dinner will be served in the Boma and boast South African cuisine. After an adventure filled day, you retire to the comforts of your thatch-roofed safari chalet.

Day 2: The Balule Experience

Rise and Shine for a day of wildlife and nature explorations. Explore an unspoilt part of the Balule Plains, while on a four hour “walk in the wild.” Your qualified field guide will guide you through the African bush in search of the Big Five of Africa. The thrill of following Africa’s mighty game and approaching close enough to the animals to capture a proud photo will stay with you forever.

You return to the Tremisana Lodge for brunch, then you may swim, relax or just stroll around and enjoy the area. After tea you go on a sunset safari game drive to get up close to South Africa's Big Five animals, then return to the African safari chalet for dinner.

Day 3: Kruger National Park

You drive to the Orpen Gate of the Kruger National Park where you transfer to a safari Game viewer. The open safari vehicle allows for great wildlife and photographic opportunities. So don’t forget your cameras. Your Kruger Park safari guide will show you wild animals and birds that frequent this wildlife nature reserve in Mpumalanga. You may be lucky enough to spot Zebra, Giraffe, Antelope and the mighty Lion. You have regular pit stops at peaceful picnic spots, African rest camps and places of interest.

Day 4: Tremisana Lodge, Balule Game Reserve, Kruger

Enjoy a rise and shine game drive in Balule. After a delightful breakfast there is time to take final photographs of the African wilderness area and this magnificent nature reserve in South Africa before departing. You will drive to the beautiful Blyde River Canyon and view the Three Rondawels, then return to Gauteng in the afternoon.

Optional day 5: Moholoholo Rehabilitation Project

Start your day with a mouthwatering breakfast before making your way to the Moholoholo Rehabilitation Project. Some of the African wildlife Moholoholo Rehabilitation Project have cared for include Lion, Lynx, Honey Badger, eagles and vultures. Increase your understanding of conservation issues and learn more about what entails caring for orphaned animals.

Lunch is served at the Cheetah Inn before you spend the afternoon relaxing at Marc's Treehouse Lodge. Track African wildlife on a late afternoon game drive through the Motlala Game Reserve. The Motlala Game Reserve is home to Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Return to Tremisana Lodge for a mouthwatering dinner.
