With lovely views over the water, these Family and Guest cottages give guests an excellent chance to view game and waterbirds on the far bank. Crocodiles, as well as Hippopotamus reside within the dam. Shimuwini Camp can accommodate up to 71 visitors at its Kruger accommodation.
Shimuwini Camp's 9 two-bedded family cottages can sleep 5 and has ceiling fans and an en-suite bathroom.
Five 2-bedroom Kruger accommodation guest cottages, each with two single-bedded bedrooms, are cooled by ceiling fans. Each holiday cottage comes with a kitchen-diningroom located on an open verandah.
There is also one 3-bedroom cottage. Each room has two single beds, a ceiling fan, an en suite bathroom with a bath and a toilet. There is also an outside shower for a private shower under the stars.
The living room has 2 lounge chairs, and a ceiling fan while the inside kitchen boasts an oven and stove.
The diningroom is outside on a large, partly enclosed verandah and features a sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for self-catering guests. Visitors may occupy their Kruger lodging from 12pm and are requested to vacate before 9am on the day of departure.
